Can I order by phone or by email?
Due to logistical reasons, we cannot accept orders placed by phone or email.

I made a mistake with the size, how can I make the change before receiving the order?
If you have not yet paid for your order or it is still "in preparation", please contact us at trymoto@casadaspeles.pt quoting your order number.
If the order is separate, it is not possible to change the order, so we advise you to collect it and exchange or return the wrong item. -
I made a mistake in the delivery address, how do I change it?
If you have placed your order through your customer account and it has not yet been dispatched, you can change the delivery address in your Customer Area,
However, you should always send an e-mail with the change request to trymoto@casadaspeles.pt.

How do I receive the invoice for my order?
You will receive your Invoice with your order. The Invoice is sent in the carrier's envelope outside the box.

What payment methods are available?
The Online Store accepts the following payment types: Multibanco, PayPal, credit card and MBway.

Can I pay on delivery?
The Online Store does not offer payment on delivery as a payment method.

I can't pay for my order with a credit card
Check that all the credit card details have been entered correctly. If the problem persists, you should contact the bank that issued the card and report the problem.
When does the carrier deliver my order?

When will the carrier deliver my order?
After Try Moto confirms your payment, your order will be delivered to the carrier. On that day you will receive an email confirming delivery to the carrier, and the order will be delivered to you within the timeframe mentioned on the order, depending on the delivery location. During some special events (Black Friday, Christmas Season, etc.) the shipment of your order may take longer than expected, despite our continuous efforts to meet the established deadlines.

Delivery in mainland Portugal
Delivery time between 1 and 3 working days.
Delivery to one of our stores
Delivery time between 1 and 4 working days.

How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order as long as we have not yet processed it. To cancel your order, please send an email to ecommerce@casadaspeles.pt or use the form available on our web site for order cancellations. You should include your order number and your tax identification number, otherwise your cancellation cannot be processed.

What are the conditions for exchanging or returning an item?
Orders placed through our online store can be exchanged for another size, color or model, or returned under the following conditions:
- The product must not have been used, washed or damaged;
- The product must have all labels attached in their original place;
- The product must be in its original packaging;
- Presentation of the purchase invoice;
- Only returns made within 30 days of the delivery date will be accepted.
As a result, Try Moto reserves the right not to accept returns of products that do not meet the same conditions of conformity as on the date of delivery to the User (namely products that have undergone any type of use, transformation, damage and/or lack of original packaging/accessories/complements) and labels in their original place, without having been removed.

Can I return it to a physical Casa das Peles store?
Yes, you can. Items purchased online can be exchanged or returned to a physical Casa das Peles store.
If you request a return in-store, the amount will not be refunded immediately.
You will have to leave the item in the store and then the online store will make the refund using the same payment method as the order was paid for.
The maximum refund period is 14 days.

How can I exchange or return a product?
To return and/or exchange an item, go to your customer area and under "ORDERS" you will find a list of your orders placed in our online store.
- Select "RETURN/EXCHANGE",
- Select the item,
- If you are exchanging a size or color, select "exchange item" and then select the color and size you want.
- In the case of a model exchange or return, select "return" and here you can choose:
- refund, which will be made using the same payment method,
- the issue of a voucher (exclusively for the online store) which you can use to buy the model you want.
