Your right of withdrawal
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you received your order.
However, orders placed through the online store at www.trymoto.pt may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
After submitting the request:
- you will receive automatic confirmation by email;
- you must return the products within a maximum of 14 days;
- the refund will be processed after receipt of the products or proof of shipment.
Unless otherwise stated, return costs are borne by the customer.
How does it work?
Registered customers can request an exchange or return quickly and easily through their Customer Portal.
For unregistered customers, please follow these steps:
1. Identify the order
Enter the order number and the email used for the purchase.
2. Confirm the request
Click "Exercise right of withdrawal" and confirm the operation.
3. Receive confirmation
We will immediately send a confirmation by email.
4. Return the order
After the request, you have 14 days to ship the products for return.
5. Receive the refund
The refund will be made within the legal deadline, using the same payment method.
