Try is a brand of Casa das Peles with a registered trademark.

The Site is owned and/or operated by or on behalf of Casa das Peles Confecções, S.A., NIPC 502 036 761, with a share capital of €2,500,000, headquartered at Rua de Moscavide, Edifício Farol do Oriente, Jardim dos Jacarandás, Loja nº 5, Lote 4.28.02 - Bloco B, 1990 - 237 Lisboa (hereinafter referred to as “Casa das Peles”), which manages its content at its sole discretion, within the limits of the law, reserving the right to modify, suspend, or cancel such content without prior notice, as well as the applicable terms and conditions.

Notice on Access and Use of the Site’s Content and Disclaimer for Damages

Casa das Peles guarantees that the website trymoto.pt has been created and is managed, as far as possible, through the application of suitable techniques and tools to ensure proper and continuous operation and navigation. However, even considering the current state of knowledge and technology, Casa das Peles cannot rule out the occurrence of malfunctions and/or transmission failures of the content. Consequently, by entering the Site, the User agrees and accepts that:

(i) The Site, or any part of it, may become temporarily inaccessible due to malfunction and/or connection failures, or due to events beyond Casa das Peles’ control;
(ii) Casa das Peles, unless expressly stated otherwise, has no control over the nature or content of information transmitted by programs or received by the User while using the Site, nor shall such information be in any way attributed to the use of the Site;
(iii) Casa das Peles is not responsible for the materials used and/or conduct required of Users while browsing the Site;
(iv) Casa das Peles assumes no responsibility regarding the transmission of computer viruses to the User or, in any way, concerning third-party-generated content.

Access to the online store trymoto.pt is free of charge and does not require prior subscription or registration by the User.

By accessing the Site, the User agrees to:

a) Not use the Site or any published material for unlawful or illegal purposes, or as a means to disclose or distribute in any way pre-ordered material or content, or to pursue illegal activities;
b) Not use the Site in a way that interrupts, damages, or renders any part or all of it less efficient, or that otherwise impairs the Site’s effectiveness or functionality;
c) Not use the Site to transmit or upload viruses, or any defamatory, abusive, obscene, or threatening material, or any material that may cause discomfort, annoyance, or harm;
d) Not use the Site in a manner that constitutes a violation of regulations relating to individuals or companies (including, but not limited to, copyright or confidentiality rights);
e) Not use the Site to transmit any advertising and/or promotional material without prior written authorization from Casa das Peles.

Access and Availability of Services – Links to Third-Party Websites

The Site may contain links to other websites or online locations. Casa das Peles is not responsible for the accessibility and/or availability of such external resources from its Site or for their content. In the event such problems arise, the User is advised to contact the respective administrator or webmaster.

Casa das Peles reserves the right to modify the information, services, products, and other content present on the Site or to close this Site at any time without prior notice.

Casa das Peles shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from or in any way related to the use and operation of the Site (including interruptions of access caused by acts or omissions attributable to third parties, technical reasons, inefficiency, or other causes not attributable to Casa das Peles). This disclaimer includes, without limitation, damages for business loss, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of commercial information, or other pecuniary losses.

Rules for Creating Links to the Site and/or Other Third-Party Websites

Users and third parties are not permitted to create links to this Site without prior written authorization from Casa das Peles. In any case and at any time, Casa das Peles reserves the right to request the removal of links to this Site.

This Site may contain links to external and/or third-party-owned websites. Casa das Peles is not responsible for the content of such external websites, nor does it guarantee, in any way, their proper functioning.

The inclusion of any link on this Site does not imply any endorsement or transfer of the content of the linked website by Casa das Peles. In such cases, the User must read and comply with the applicable terms of use of those third-party websites. Similarly, any links to this Site, even if authorized by Casa das Peles, do not imply any approval of the content on the linking website, nor the waiver of these Terms and Conditions.

Placing an Order on the trymoto.pt Online Store

To make a purchase through the trymoto.pt online store, the User must register as a customer.
Once registered, the User can place an order by selecting the desired products. The User must follow all steps described in order for the order to be successfully completed.

Validation of the purchase order assumes that the User has read and accepts the general terms and conditions of contracting and using the Site. The data registered on the Site constitutes proof of the set of transactions carried out between Casa das Peles and the User.

Casa das Peles reserves the right to change any description, image, or other information in the trymoto.pt online store catalog without prior notice.

The products available for sale on the trymoto.pt online store are subject to existing stock, and orders will be processed in order of receipt. In the event of temporary or permanent stock shortage, the User will be duly notified and offered an alternative product with similar characteristics, or a refund will be processed within a maximum period of 14 days.

Product prices are indicated in € (euros) and include VAT at the legal rate in force. All prices available in the store may change without prior notice and are always subject to stock availability.
Promotions carried out through the trymoto.pt online store do not apply to Casa das Peles physical stores, and vice versa.

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of service, product weight, destination, and total order value. This amount is indicated in the shopping cart before finalizing the order.

The trymoto.pt online store offers the User the following payment methods: Multibanco Reference, Paypal, Credit Card, and MBway.

When choosing Multibanco payment, the User will receive an email with the data to make the payment at a Multibanco terminal or via Homebanking. Upon receipt of the order information, the User has 48 hours to complete the payment. If not completed within this period, the order will be canceled.

Cash on delivery is not available on the trymoto.pt online store.

Casa das Peles will make every effort to ensure maximum confidentiality and security of the data transmitted via the internet.

Orders will only be shipped after confirmation of stock and payment.
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the User, according to the carrier’s delivery schedule.
Home delivery cannot be made to PO Boxes. Orders can be shipped abroad provided that the address is within the delivery area available on the trymoto.pt online store.

Casa das Peles commits to delivering the ordered items as quickly as possible, without prejudice to the type of delivery service contracted by the User.

All orders shipped by Casa das Peles must be inspected by the User upon receipt. If any irregularity or damage to the product or packaging is detected, the User must return it to the carrier, indicate the reason for the return on the shipping document, and immediately inform Casa das Peles.
All shipments outside Mainland Portugal are accompanied by a DAS (Simplified Accompanying Document).

If the User wishes to collect the product ordered on the trymoto.pt online store at one of Casa das Peles’ physical stores, delivery is free of charge.
The User has 7 days from the store’s contact to collect the order. If the User fails to collect within this period, the order will return to the central warehouse, and the User will be informed. The return shipping costs to the central warehouse will be borne by the User.

The User may cancel the order provided it has not yet been processed by Casa das Peles. Cancellation can be formalized via email sent to ecommerce@trymoto.pt or through the form available on the Site. The User must indicate the order number and their tax identification number, under penalty of invalidity of the cancellation.

The User may, within 30 days of receipt of the product, return it. Within the same period, the User may file complaints about any defects or product non-conformity with the order, which are the responsibility of Casa das Peles.

Complaints must be submitted via the form available on the Site or by email to ecommerce@trymoto.pt. The User must expressly state the reasons for their complaint, always including the order number and tax identification number.

The Site support team will coordinate with the User on how to return the merchandise, if justified. In such cases, Casa das Peles will cover the return shipping costs and the cost of a new delivery.

If the return is not due to Casa das Peles’ responsibility, the return will be accepted after inspection of the items and their packaging. The amount paid by the User will be refunded, less shipping costs for delivery (even if previously covered by Casa das Peles) and return shipping costs, according to the shipping rates defined in this document.

Casa das Peles reserves the right not to accept returns without prior notice if the products do not meet the same conditions as at the date of delivery (e.g., used products, altered, damaged, or missing original packaging/accessories/complements).

This Site uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that identify your computer/smartphone/tablet on our server. Cookies themselves do not allow identification of the User, only the computer/smartphone/tablet used. Cookies are not used for collecting personal data.

The User can, at any time, configure their device to:
(i) accept all cookies;
(ii) be notified when a cookie is generated; or
(iii) refuse to download any cookies.

This depends on the internet browser used. In the last case, the User may not have full access to the Site’s content.

The data collected on the trymoto.pt online store is intended for processing orders and communicating with Users, information requests, statistical analysis, as well as for direct marketing purposes.

The User authorizes Casa das Peles to send information about products and services that may be of interest, using their personal data for direct marketing via any communication channel, including email, SMS, MMS, or other automated calling methods.

Casa das Peles guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers.

All Users have the right to access, rectify, cancel, and oppose their data. At any time, Users may request to be removed from Casa das Peles’ trymoto.pt database via ecommerce@trymoto.pt.

Any personal data collected by Casa das Peles via trymoto.pt will be processed in accordance with current legislation.

All texts and images reproduced or displayed on the SITE are the exclusive property of Casa das Peles and are strictly reserved and protected under copyright law as well as intellectual property rights, including with respect to third parties.

Any total or partial reproduction or representation of the Site, or any of its elements, is strictly prohibited.

Business names, trademarks, and distinctive signs reproduced on the Site are protected under the applicable legal provisions on industrial property. Reproduction or representation of any such distinctive signs, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

These Terms and Conditions of the Site are governed by Portuguese law.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of the registered office of Casa das Peles, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, for any disputes arising from the interpretation and/or application of these Terms and Conditions that cannot be resolved amicably.

By using the trymoto.pt online store, the User accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
